I know many of you who check the Japan version of the blog are wondering why we have the Halloween Strawhats over the Kimono Strawhats fortnight. The reason is simple. Both of these are special holiday fortnights. It wouldn't make much sense to release a Chinese New Year fortnight around Halloween now would it? Instead we got the more appropriate holiday island!

This Luffy is an interesting one for sure. He holds decent stats but they aren't the highest we've seen either. As for his special, it could possibly show some potential. It's multi purpose, and contains a unique buff which is never a bad thing. The ability to boost the whole crew without color or type limitations is incredibly useful. The only issue is that it's a weak boost. He may find some play in niche rainbow teams but other than that he will be simply another character for players to fill their collection.
At first glance Nami seems like a toss away unit but let's break her down and see if we can find some uses. Her stats are all fairly low aside from her RCV which is high for any units standards. And RCV is simply where characters like this shine. Her special is in no way bad. 3k is nothing to laugh at. And what's even better is her low max cool down of 8! With a cool down this low, it wouldn't be too hard to fire this off multiple times in a fight, especially if you have an RCV based team. In the right hands and team, I believe this unit could be worth the time to invest in.
I really like this unit. He gives a nice utility to shooter and STR teams. Again this is another unit with a low cool down. His special reminds me of Kid seeing how they both manipulate their own orbs and have incredibly low cool downs. As I said with nami, it wouldn't be too hard to be able to pull off this special more than once in a battle. Gaining his own orb to red and potentially matching another orb (or switching a weak orb with a neutral orb) will increase the overall damage significantly. Because of these reasons I believe Franky is worth the exp and grinding to max his special. Definitely one of the more useful units of the bunch
Chopper holds some pretty weak stats, which may cause some of you to dismiss him, but hopefully I can convince some of you to see his potential. Take a look at his special. Reducing gloom (or silence as some would like to call it) is an invaluable tool! Think back to Perona's fortnight. Remember how crippling gloom was? You basically had to take 3 attacks from her before you could net any serious damage to her. Chopper eliminates that! And silence reducers are very rare, so new units (especially farmable ones) are always welcome to the team.
Usopp is this fortnights hidden boss, meaning he won't appear every run. His RCV is pretty high which is typical of PSY units, but his HP and ATK are on the lower side. His special on the other hand is AWESOME.
He is outclassed by his other impact dial form which gives a 1.75x boost to PSY for a turn, but this usopp will work wonders until you get your hands on the impact form.

Usopp's RARE STAGE
Overall this fortnight has a ton to offer! A little something for everyone. In my opinion this is one of if not the best fortnights global has ever seen.
